Project Assistant

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Project Assistant on behalf of our Multinational Biopharma Client based in Chesterfield on an initial 10 week contract with potential to extend.
Functions
- Provides support and assistance to project teams related to the assigned projects.
- Support specific project-related activities for assigned projects, with guidance
- Administrative support:
Perform general administrative duties, help set up office equipment, and maintain organized project files and databases. - Scheduling and coordination:
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, manage project calendars, and prepare agendas or meeting minutes. - Documentation and reporting:
Assist in creating project plans, develop reports, and prepare project documentation and presentations. - Tracking and monitoring:
Track project progress, monitor timelines and deadlines, and ensure project milestones are met. - Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, and communicate project status updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
