Sloane Helicopters has a long and excellent reputation for providing helicopter EMS services and has been providing air ambulance support since 1999.

Due to continued expansion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a B1.3 Licensed Engineer to join the Sloane Helicopters team in support of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, based at North Weald and Earls Colne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise and develop your existing skills to make a real difference in the world and to play a vital part in saving lives.

Reporting to the Line Maintenance Supervisor, this is a unique position for an engineer who is happy to work on their own initiative with a great deal of autonomy whilst, at the same time, being part of an experienced and supportive team.

The successful candidate will hold a B1.3 licence and, although not essential, ideally with type-ratings for AW169/AW109 aircraft. They will also need the personal discipline to maintain the aircraft in their care to a consistent high standard.
