Global HR Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: DOE
Our client is looking for an HR Manager with international experience. They are a unique international company and a leading player in the B2B distribution and production of high-quality aftermarket parts for vehicles.
By combining high-quality engineering with strategic vision, we support businesses, market leaders, and car enthusiasts worldwide. Our brands set new standards in vehicle personalisation, aftermarket distribution, and content creation, shaping the future of excellence in the automotive industry.
The HR department has developed over the years in Europe. Initially, there was no HR policy or HR department. Due to growth and increasing demand, an HR policy, HR policy plan, employee handbook, HR work processes, a performance management cycle, HR roadmaps, and a Culture Café have been established.
The foundation of the HRM policy is to align closely with the company's objectives and adapt to the needs of both the organisation and its employees. HR is now fully embedded within the organisation.
Ready for a new step?
The organisation is currently in a growth and development phase where HR advises, facilitates, and supports in achieving both business and personal development goals. It is ready for the next step towards further professionalisation and advancement.
No two days are alike; your daily tasks will range from employee conversations, HR advice to managers and leadership, HR administration, payroll mutations, and developing HR plans to make the organisation future-proof.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an (International) HR Manager
- HRM education with knowledge and experience in labour law and absenteeism management
- Knowledge and experience with HR/payroll systems such as Nmbrs or similar
- Strong communication skills, organisational sensitivity, accuracy, decisiveness, and clear HR vision
- Proven management skills: leadership, coaching, motivating, and guiding employees
- You embrace and commit to our core values: Disruptive, Lifestyle, Fun, and Dedication
What do we offer you?
- The chance to grow in an international, leading organisation
- Freedom to shape your work with responsibility at the next level
- Employment conditions in line with your experience and performance, along with support for personal development
- Team-building activities such as company events and team sessions
