Self-employed Lettings Valuer / Lister required in Farnham to win instructions, carry out valuations, and drive lettings growth for a recognised independent agency with a strong presence in the local market.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Lettings professional who excels in valuations, instruction winning, and client service. You will work on a self-employed basis, supporting a successful independent agency with a growing lettings operation in Farnham. This role offers autonomy, earning potential, and the chance to make a significant impact in a busy local market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new business and securing high-quality lettings instructions
• Conducting professional market appraisals and valuations
• Listing and preparing properties on behalf of landlords
• Delivering excellent service to clients and applicants
• Building strong relationships within the Farnham property market
• Working closely with the lettings team to support business growth
• Representing the brand with professionalism at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• Strong valuation and instruction-winning ability
• Confident communicator with excellent sales skills
• High standard of customer service and presentation
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the Farnham area preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Passionate about residential lettings and progressing within the industry
