We are a diverse and unique school and nursery in the heart of Southsea, committed to delivering excellent outcomes for all our children. Bramble Infant School & Nursery are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Learning & Pastoral Support Worker to join our team.

Working alongside children from across the school you will support their pastoral needs through engaging them in gardening and outdoor learning. In doing so you will also be supporting the maintenance and sustainability of planting on the school grounds

In this busy and varied you will be required to support the successful candidate to attend to the physical needs of the child, fostering their development, independence and self-reliance.

The ideal candidate will:

  • enjoy working with children 
  • have a passion for outdoor learning and a belief that being in nature is nurturing
  • be keen to learn and want to make a difference

  • be able to use their initiative and work independently where appropriate
  • be a role model
