Bramble Infant School & Nursery are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Learning & Pastoral Support Worker to join our team.Working alongside children from across the school you will support their pastoral needs through engaging them in gardening and outdoor doing so you will also be supporting the maintenance and sustainability of planting on the school groundsIn this busy and varied you will be required to support the successful candidate to attend to the physical needs of the child fostering their development independence and self-reliance.The ideal candidate will:be committed to breaking down barriers to enable pupils access to learningbe willing to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of childrenenjoy working with childrenhave a passion for outdoor learning and a belief that being in nature is nurturingbe keen to learn and want to make a differencebe able to communicate effectively on all levelsbe able to use their initiative and work independently where appropriatebe a role modelApplication ProcedureVisits to the school are warmly welcomed.
