Salesforce Senior Developer | Apex, LWC & REST APIs | Global Data Business

The Role

You'll join a growing Enterprise Applications team as a Salesforce Senior Developer, helping shape, improve and expand a highly integrated Salesforce CRM that sits at the core of this global business. Working alongside Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and company growth.

In this role, you'll lead on best practices for Salesforce development, elevate engineering standards, and play a pivotal role in refining architecture and integration strategy as the business evolves.

What They're Looking For:

  • Salesforce development expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
  • Strong configuration skills (flows, validation rules, and process builder)
  • Building and maintaining integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing settings
  • Familiarity with source-based deployment strategies (Git, CLI, or DevOps Centre)
  • Experience with unit and UI testing in Salesforce environments
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus)

What You'll Work With:

  • Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL
  • REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations
  • Git or similar version control systems
  • DevOps Centre and scripted deployments
  • Agile methodology, working in cross-functional squads
  • Salesforce data management (imports, exports, migrations)

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Agile/Scrum experience in a product or SaaS-led business
  • Understanding of complex, multi-system Salesforce deployments
  • Experience with performance optimisation and troubleshooting
