Searcys are looking for a Sales and Events Manager to join the team at 116 Pall Mall.
As the Sales and Events Manager your key responsibility is to ensure, through effective team management and in line with operational agreements, that the annual revenue budget is achieved whilst not compromising profit margins.
116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. This venue benefits from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier filled ballrooms.

As a Sales and Events Manager at Searcys you will drive sales and marketing activity to achieve the annual revenue budget and effectively lead and manage the sales and events team.
You will achieve this by developing and supporting your team to achieve their individual KPI's via exemplary leadership and introducing effective initiatives and processes, and by creating and leading on the delivery an effective marketing plan to maximise the commercial use of the venue.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £40,000
Applicable bonus of up to 20% of annual salary across the calendar year
Key Responsibilities:
- To be target driven and proactively manage and develop revenue from new business leads including growth of IOD membership meetings and events
- Responds quickly to drive business through periods of low demand
- Responsible for the management of the CRM system, including but not limited to ensuring seasonal packages and products are accurately listed and their revenue properly allocated to the relevant revenue stream
- To support and mentor the team to perform towards "Searcys Sales Standards" and ensure each team member performs towards their individuals KPI's
- To ensure that under no circumstances, and unless authorised by the venue director, events take place at 116 Pall Mall without relevant deposit payments prior reaching our bank account
