Salary: £67,340 + Pension + 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays (Rising With Service) + Private Medical + Free Parking + Training & Development Opportunities and Much More

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday (rotational Saturdays).

Contract: Permanent Full Time

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of an exemplary and patient-focused pharmacy service.
  • Support senior management in setting strategic directions and developing high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
  • Establish and maintain robust clinical governance arrangements for all aspects of medicines management.
  • Act as the most senior clinical pharmacist on site, providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients.
What we're looking for:
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy services at a senior level.
  • Strong people management skills with experience in supervision, training, and workforce development.
