We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Process Development Technologist to join our Technical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of product innovation, ensuring new products are developed and launched to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead and manage factory trials, ensuring all materials, documentation, and procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.
- Maintain and update technical documentation including BOMs, QAS, and trial specifications.
- Ensure compliance with customer Codes of Practice and internal quality standards.
- Support pre-production and post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.

- Experience in food manufacturing, ideally within chilled or FMCG environments.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
