About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused
Damp and Mould Operative
to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be making a real difference to residents by tackling damp and mould issues in occupied homes. You'll carry out remedial works following inspections, ensuring properties are safe, healthy, and restored to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out mould removal (mould wash) and apply anti-mould treatments.
  • Complete minor repairs such as plaster patching, sealant replacement, and redecoration.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption to residents.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants, providing reassurance and advice where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE appropriately.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in property maintenance, particularly in damp and mould treatment.
  • Strong practical skills in minor repairs and decorating.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • A full UK driving licence (if travel between properties is required).
