Job Description
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to get you up to speed quickly, give you exposure to live projects, and help you develop both technical and professional skills.
You'll benefit from:

Over the two-year self-directed programme, you'll gain a unique insight into our industry. This starts with broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. Within our programme, there will be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for graduates who are passionate about shaping sustainable, well-designed communities and who are ready to build a career in town planning. You'll have a
RTPI-accredited degree
in Town Planning or a related field, along with a genuine interest in how planning supports infrastructure development and positive change in our built environment. You'll enjoy problem-solving, researching, and working collaboratively to deliver effective planning solutions. Strong communication and analytical skills will help you engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. If you're committed to your professional development and excited to work towards chartered status, this is a great opportunity to start your journey.
Additional Information
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a
UK sole national
and a
UK resident
, as this is required for the type of work we do. You'll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we'll provide relocation support where needed. Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
