Job Description

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to get you up to speed quickly, give you exposure to live projects, and help you develop both technical and professional skills.

Over the two-year self-directed programme, you'll gain a unique insight into our industry. Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates who are passionate about shaping sustainable, well-designed communities and who are ready to build a career in town planning. You'll have a
RTPI-accredited degree
in Town Planning or a related field, along with a genuine interest in how planning supports infrastructure development and positive change in our built environment. You'll enjoy problem-solving, researching, and working collaboratively to deliver effective planning solutions. Strong communication and analytical skills will help you engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Additional Information

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a
UK sole national
and a
UK resident
, as this is required for the type of work we do. You'll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we'll provide relocation support where needed.
