Why Siemens?
This isn't just a job, it's a journey. You'll be part of a vibrant early career's community, solving real business challenges, learning from experts, and growing every day. We care about your success, your wellbeing, and your future.
What Makes Our Process Different?
No CV Bias: We're changing the game. Your CV will need to be attached but won't be seen by the hiring team until the final stage of the recruitment process. We focus on potential, not past experience.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
Welcome to Siemens Farnborough As an intern, you'll join a friendly team where learning and connecting are part of everyday life. We offer flexible working—spend time in the office to build relationships but also enjoy hybrid options for a great work-life balance. As part of a Global Professional Education team, you will contribute to projects both in the UK and Internationally.
Here's what you'll get up to:
- Curating learning content: Help us create and manage our internal learning offerings: You'll use platforms like SharePoint and our learning management system to make learning easy and accessible for everyone.
- Communicate with Impact: Work with our team to craft messages and updates that keep everyone informed and inspired. You'll help shape newsletters, internal social media posts, and event invites that support our people and learning strategy.
- Support Events and Campaigns: Get hands-on with events like 'Skills for Life' Learning Weeks, sustainability workshops, and conferences. You'll help organise, promote, and run sessions that bring people together to learn and grow.
- Collaborate on Projects: Join forces with other People and Organisation professionals on projects that matter—like developing our Early Career or Leaders Programmes and wider operations team.
- Drive Sustainability and Digital Skills: Be part of our mission to accelerate digital and sustainability skills for everyone. You'll help design and deliver activities that make a real difference—whether it's creating learning content, gathering data and feedback or sharing success stories.
- Play an integral part in helping us shape our 2030 learning and growth strategy
Why You'll Love It Here:
You'll work with supportive colleagues who value your ideas.
Every day is different—one day you might be crafting an internal social post, the next supporting our strategic working group initiatives
You'll build skills that set you up for future success, from teamwork and communication to project management and digital know-how.
