Our team of freelance trainers are central to our success. We work with a team of talented individuals who understand what it takes to succeed at work, experiences that people can learn from (including failures) and an insatiable passion for fun learning.

The kind of people who enjoy being part of our gang, are those people who like to build long-term relationships with organisations. We deliberately set our rates to allow our clients to work with us regularly over a longer-term. Our longest standing client has worked with us since It also helps if you like chocolate).

Are we looking for experienced trainers? Not necessarily – what's more important is your knowledge and passion for the subject. If you have the right personality, we can teach you how to teach.

What's involved?

Each of the trainers and coaches we work with has their own area expertise and passions (see the list of topics below). You'll be working as a self-employed associate. When a job comes in that we think you'll enjoy we'll contact you to discuss it. If you're happy to go ahead we'll make all the arrangements, but you're always welcome to say 'no thanks'.

We can't guarantee the level of work we will offer you though typically our trainers and coaches work with us between 1-10 times a month.

If you agree to take on training, it could be in-person, or online using MS Teams, or Zoom.

We expect our learning to be engaging and follow our philosophy. We'll give you all the materials and session details you'll need to deliver training, so all you have to do is read them through. Whilst we provide the session plan, we know sometimes you need to adapt for the needs of each group, so you'll be able to ad lib when needed.

Whether you've delivered training or coaching, we do ask that you provide us with feedback to help us improve, and we ask that you complete at least 25 hours of your own continuing professional development each year. (That could be anything from reading relevant books, to attending seminars).
