Your opportunity

We're looking for a talented Customer Excellence Analyst to drive key initiatives in demand and margin management, contract optimization, and more. You'll collaborate with sustainability teams to maintain our EPR and tax calculator, helping sales teams navigate evolving regulations and deliver value to customers. Additionally, you'll play a key role in the critical SalesBI platform migration, ensuring seamless financial and commercial reporting. With your advanced Excel skills, you'll analyze data and support Voice of Customer, sales capabilities, forecasting and pricing; contributing to key business success.

Where you'll be

You will be located within a commutable distance to one of our listed UK sites (Gosport / Blackburn), or at our Espoo HQ.

What you'll be doing

Your work as an Analyst will support the team's 4 main pillars:

Data and Tools

  • Lead ongoing and ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for profit improvement and increased effectiveness of commercial processes.

  • Drive increased automation within commercial processes and tools to boost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define requirements for new financial and commercial analysis tools, and support their implementation across the segment.

  • Coordinate margin and opportunity tracking using CRM systems to ensure consistent profit improvement.

  • Train and coach the sales teams to drive adoption and user engagement with digital solutions and improved commercial tools.

Pricing

  • Manage and maintain pricing data within the pricing CPQ tool, collaborating with IT as well as MU Pricing Managers to ensure data accuracy.

  • Prepare pricing analytics and ad-hoc reports to inform business decisions and commercial strategies.

  • Report and monitor pricing KPIs across the business, conducting follow-up activities to ensure continuous pricing process improvement.

Contracts

  • Support our Customer Excellence Manager in contract management, guaranteeing all contracts are reviewed, approved, and signed per segment policies.

  • Support our Customer Excellence Manager with renewal of contracts or overall contract life cycle management.

Voice of Customer

  • Support with annual customer satisfaction survey, more specifically customer data handling in CRM, data preparations and survey invitation building as well as action plan follow up.

What you'll bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business Administration).

  • Commercial analyst experience gained in a similar, complex business environment.

  • Very strong IT literacy (MS Office, especially Excel, with a digital mindset

  • Strong team player with a positive, energetic and proactive approach to tasks as well as ability to work independently and accurately.

  • Capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholder groups.

  • Strong communicator; Fluent in both written and spoken English.
