Junior Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly, fast-paced team at Total Guide to Ltd.
This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about marketing and wants to develop hands-on skills across social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
About the Role
Working closely with our senior team, you'll help deliver marketing activity across our Total Guide platforms and client accounts from email newsletters, updating the sites via our bespoke CMS and bespoke AI and Automation software, and social content to audience growth and engagement campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send engaging email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Manage and grow subscriber databases, including segmentation and reporting
- Support in scheduling and posting social media content for smaller accounts
- Help monitor analytics and performance across platforms
- Assist with influencer coordination and content approvals
- Write short-form copy for social, newsletters, and website features
- Use AI tools to support copywriting, scheduling, and reporting
About You
You'll be organised, enthusiastic, and keen to learn all areas of digital marketing. You'll have a strong attention to detail, a creative eye, and excellent written communication skills.
Essential
- 1+ year of digital marketing or content creation experience
- Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email platform)
- Confident writing copy for social and email
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working on multiple projects
Desirable
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of SEO or Google Analytics
- Marketing qualification or degree (not essential)

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
