We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, solving business challenges, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to dive into the tech industry from a commercial angle and wants to be a meaningful part of STRATOS' success.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the collaboration with our customers and ensure our software delivers extensive value.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover business insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly solve our customer's most strategic problems.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives by comprehending data trends and creating structured recommendations.
  • Present data findings in an engaging and understandable way to our customer's executives.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a STEM-related field from a top university.
  • Previous experience as an intern in consulting, B2B companies, startups, or tech firms.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Fluent in German and English.
