Field Sales Operative – Charity Campaigns

Location: Swindon, United Kingdom

Availability: Full-time preferred

Weekly Pay: £550 – £650

Start Date: Immediate starts available

What You'll Be Doing

  • Approaching members of the public in high-footfall locations (think retail spaces, events, and community areas).
  • Starting conversations, building rapport, and creating a genuine connection.
  • Presenting the charity's mission in an engaging, inspiring way.
  • Handling objections with professionalism—and bouncing back fast.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly targets while keeping the energy high.
  • Sharing ideas, tips, and wins with your teammates to keep the momentum going.
