Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Teacher in Health & Social Care, located in East Lancashire. The Community Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing high-quality teaching and training, and effectively communicating with students. The role involves creating a supportive learning environment and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. predominantly delivering accredited level 1 and 2 provision (with some L3), you'll be teaching subjects in healthcare, social care, mental health and associated sectors to adult looking for a career change or looking to move into sustainable employment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training
- Strong Communication skills
- Prior experience in adult education or community learning
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care or a related field
