London, Greater London, United Kingdom MOO Full time £30,000 - £50,000 per year

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 400 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We're making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

We're looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer with a passion for brand-led design and creative ideas. You'll be part of our in-house creative agency – a 22-strong team of designers, writers, photographers and filmmakers based in London – shaping the visual voice of MOO across every channel.

This is a fixed-term role until December 2026, covering maternity leave. It's a hybrid position, with at least two days a week in our Camden studio.

About You
  • Typically, 3+ years' experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team.
  • A portfolio full of thoughtful, characterful design that shows range and craft.
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout and storytelling.
  • Strong digital and print design skills, with a good understanding of production processes.
  • A collaborative spirit – open, curious, and generous with ideas
  • Confidence presenting and articulating creative work to stakeholders.
  • A love of wit, clarity and work that feels beautifully MOO.
Responsibilities
  • Bring ideas to life. Create brand design work across print, digital, social, email, PR and beyond
  • Shape campaigns and concepts. Contribute ideas that connect creative thinking to brand strategy
  • Take ownership. Lead your own mid-sized projects and support senior designers and art directors on larger campaigns
  • Collaborate creatively. Work closely with writers, photographers and filmmakers to try to make every idea sing
  • Present with confidence. Share your work clearly and thoughtfully – the thinking as well as the making
  • Balance creativity with craft. Keep an eye on detail – from composition and layout to type and tone
  • Keep things moving. Manage your time and workflow, balancing multiple briefs with calm and clarity
  • Keep learning. Seek feedback, try new approaches and keep growing your skills.
How you will work
  • Own your own projects and support seniors on larger ones – balancing independence with collaboration.
  • Contribute to the creative process by bringing fresh perspectives, helping others see problems differently.
  • Use existing methods confidently, but won't be afraid to test new ways of doing things.

  • Manage your workload proactively, keeping communication open with your manager and team.

  • You will seek and act on feedback, always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.
  • Mentor others in your specialist skills where you can, and stay open to being mentored in return.
  • You will understand how your work connects to MOO's goals and customers, and make design decisions that serve both.
  • Help maintain a creative culture that's collaborative, curious and kind – and keep the craft of design at the heart of everything we do.
Framework Alignment: As a designer at MOO, these are the core skills and traits we expect you to demonstrate. They guide how you will be evaluated in your role and are essential for success at this level.
  • Problem solving: Bring ideas to life. Create brand design work across print, digital, social, email, PR and beyond.
  • Shape campaigns and concepts. Contribute ideas that connect creative thinking to brand strategy
  • Decision Making: You'll understand how your work connects to MOO's goals and customers, and make design decisions that serve both.
  • You'll help maintain a creative culture that's collaborative, curious and kind – and keep the craft of design at the heart of everything we do.
  • Planning, Prioritising and Process: You'll own your own projects and support seniors on larger ones – balancing independence with collaboration.
  • You'll contribute to the creative process by bringing fresh perspectives, helping others see problems differently.
  • You'll use existing methods confidently, but won't be afraid to test new ways of doing things.
  • Good Coach & Mentor: You'll manage your workload proactively, keeping communication open with your manager and team.
  • You'll seek and act on feedback, always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. You'll mentor others in your specialist skills where you can, and stay open to being mentored in return.
