Risk Administrator

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide critical support in managing risk processes within the CTO function. This role combines administrative excellence with hands-on risk management, ensuring compliance and resilience across technical environments.

Contract Details

  • Day Rate:
    £250 per day (inside IR35)
  • Location:
    Reading (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
  • Contract Length:
    26 weeks (with visibility to extend)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update risk register entries promptly.
  • Validate incoming risks and liaise with risk owners for accurate data.
  • Collaborate with Group Risk to ensure process alignment.
  • Monitor and manage CTO risk inbox notifications.
  • Support resilience initiatives for technical areas such as data centres.
  • Handle large volumes of risk issues (approx. 2,000 mobility-related).
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation using Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Forms).

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in risk management environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Comfortable working within technical environments (CTO, data centres).
