Role –
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect
to lead end-to-end
Lead-to-Cash (L2C)
solution design across
Salesforce Sales, CPQ, and Billing Clouds
. You will define scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures and provide technical leadership on a large transformation programme, ensuring seamless integration of sales, pricing, quoting, and billing processes. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for a Salesforce expert with deep knowledge of CPQ and Revenue Cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver
    end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture
    using Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing).
  • Drive
    solution scalability, maintainability, and performance
    through strong design principles.
  • Lead workshops and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Define and implement
    Product & Pricing models
    ,
    approvals
    , and
    quote-to-cash
    workflows.
  • Oversee
    data migration
    ,
    metadata management
    , and
    integration
    with enterprise systems.
  • Review and recommend
    Salesforce best practices
    , design standards, and development frameworks.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other Architects to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Identify gaps and recommend process and automation enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
  • 3+ years as a
    Salesforce Architect
    specialising in
    Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing.
  • Proven experience with
    Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of
    Product & Pricing configuration
    ,
    CPQ approvals
    ,
    quote-to-cash
    processes.
  • Experience with
    data migration, metadata, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to lead design workshops and provide architectural guidance to technical teams.
