Role Description
This is a part-time flexible role for an Office Administrator, based in Buckley with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing orders, raising invoices, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating communications. Additional duties include maintaining office organisation, assisting with scheduling, and providing operational support as required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in managing and operating Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail, organisational abilities, and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software applications
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in office administration is an advantage
- Relevant certification or training in administration is a plus
