General Administrator

Total Staff Services are currently looking for a General Administrator for one of our clients based in Buckley. This role will consist of day to day admin duties as well as speaking with customers and clients to arrange call-outs/servicing.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is capable of working alone as well as part of a team. You will need to be well organized and have excellent IT skills. Knowledge of SAGE is desirable but not essential.
**Duties will Include**:
- Filing.
- Making and taking telephone calls.
- Speaking with customers and clients.
- Liaising with the technical engineers.
- General office admin.
- Any other duties required on site.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Being driven and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Using your own initiative to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
- Confident telephone manner.
Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday working 8.30-5pm at their office based in Buckley. This is a full time permanent role with a salary of £20k per annum. You will have 25 days holiday and a pension scheme.
