As a Founding AI Engineer, you will architect the core intelligence powering a revolutionary platform, defining the frontier of human potential and professional 'fit'. Your work will create sophisticated AI systems for a two-sided marketplace, building the critical matching algorithms from the ground up. This is a chance to solve challenging problems in AI and human psychology, with significant impact.

What you will do:

- Design, build, and deploy core agentic systems for a two-sided marketplace.

- Define and own the evaluation and benchmarking strategy for matching systems.

- Architect sophisticated AI systems from the ground up that can scale to thousands of enterprise users.

The ideal candidate:

- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and hands-on experience with major ML frameworks.

- A high degree of autonomy, a product-oriented mindset, and thrive in early-stage startup ambiguity.

- Demonstrated exceptional technical achievement and a proven "scrappy startup builder" mindset.
