Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in London. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and reporting on sales performance. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, leading sales meetings, offering tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and supporting the company's growth objectives.
- Drive sales growth across high-end residential, commercial, and public-sector landscaping projects.
- Manage and expand strategic client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our UK expansion plan.
- Build strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and private clients.
- Lead tendering opportunities, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Represent Eco Garden Construct at industry events, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with design, operations, and senior leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and achieve targets.
- Experience in customer relationship management and developing sales strategies, with a proven track record 10+ years experience in sales, business development, and client account management in construction, build, and/ or landscape industries.
- Demonstrated experience driving revenue, expanding client portfolios, and delivering sustained business growth.
- Ability to prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and address client needs professionally.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and software, with the ability to analyze sales data.
- Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, sustainable development, or related construction industries is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
