ASAP Start | £550/Day | Hybrid (Occasional Reading Travel) | Inside IR35

We are immediately seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful, end-to-end delivery of a critical Oracle Field Service (OFS) implementation/upgrade with our global system integration partner. This is a demanding role for a proven "heavy-hitter" who excels in complex, fast-paced environments.


The Delivery Focus

You will own the day-to-day execution, ensuring the OFS implementation aligns with critical business goals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Own the Roadmap: Define and manage the delivery roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across technology and business.
  • Discipline: Drive rigorous governance, reporting, and proactive risk/issue resolution.
  • Methodology: Utilize expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Required Expertise

  • Deep understanding and prior delivery experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS) is essential.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience in a works management solution environment or within the Utilities Industry is highly advantageous.
  • 5+ years Project/Programme Management experience.
  • Strong leadership, discipline, and comfort operating in a complex matrix environment.

Contract Details

Daily Rate - £550 per day

IR35 Status - INSIDE IR35

Duration -
Initial 6 Months (High potential for extension)
