Are You an Experienced Challenging Behaviour Support Worker Looking for Your Next Role?

We are looking for Female Challenging Behaviour Support Workers to provide 24-hour support for a female individual with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

About the Role

As a Female Care Worker in Birstall, you will support our female client with Challenging Behaviour needs .

This role involves:

  • Assisting your client with her daily activities (personal care is not required).
  • Providing support to her with cognitive rehabilitation.
  • Encouraging independence for your client, while offering an appropriate level of assistance.
  • Offering your client emotional reassurance and helping her manage challenges such as frustration, anxiety, or mood changes.
  • Supporting community integration for her by facilitating social interaction and broader community engagement.
  • Assisting her in the development and implementation of effective coping strategies.

Shift Details:

Day shift : 0930 am pm

18.00 pm am

Pay rate :£13.50 per hour

Sleeping night : 00.00am - 09:30am

Pay rate : £75.00 (fixed total for sleeping night)

  • Female Only
  • Availability: Must be flexible
  • Compassionate and Dedicated: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Experience in Mental Health and Behaviours that challenge
  • Experience of supporting clients with Brain injuries
  • Drivers only - with access to a car
  • This is a permanent, ongoing role. Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
  • You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.

*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.
