Location: Glasgow North and East Renfrewshire

Hours: We are recruiting sessional Support Workers who can pick up shifts when our services need additional cover. This is a flexible arrangement with no guaranteed hours. You'll have the opportunity to choose shifts that work for you while still making a meaningful impact for the people we support.

Salary:Dayshift =* £12.60_Nightshift*_ = £12.70

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence & own car essential.

We're looking for Sessional Support Workers to join our Outreach Support Service, supporting individuals in the community with:

  • Mental health challenges
  • Trauma and addiction recovery
  • Social isolation and tenancy sustainment

Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting people 1:1 in their own homes and local communities
  • Providing practical and emotional support
  • Encouraging participation in social and community activities
  • Assisting with housing, tenancy, or health-related challenges
  • Developing individual support plans focused on strengths and goals

This role involves lone working, with on-call support available at all times.

You'll Need:

  • Manual UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own car for work
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
