Lead Delivery and Data Process Management Overview
As a key part of the MyOutreach operations team, you will take ownership of managing the entire lead process for some of the world's most innovative B2B technology brands. You will ensure that leads are validated, quality-checked, formatted, and delivered on time, providing world-class service to meet strict client requirements and drive real results.
Key Responsibilities – Lead Validation, Quality Control, and Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end lead delivery process, including lead intake, validation, accuracy checks, formatting, and secure distribution to clients.
- Perform meticulous data quality control to ensure all leads meet or exceed internal and client standards for completeness, relevance, and compliance.
- Transform and upload lead data into client-specified formats (such as CSV, Excel, or API), ensuring compatibility and ease of use.
- Ensure lead delivery meets client-specific requirements, including data formatting, volumes, and delivery timelines.
- Act as the main liaison between internal delivery, sales, and operations teams to align on client expectations and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively communicate potential delivery risks or adjustments needed.
- Support troubleshooting of lead discrepancies or delivery issues with both internal teams and clients.
- Monitor lead volumes and timelines, proactively communicating updates and resolving delivery issues as they arise.
- Generate and maintain transparent reporting on lead delivery status, KPIs, quality metrics, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with campaign, client success, and technical teams to understand delivery requirements and coordinate process improvements.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance best practices across data processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience – Lead Generation, B2B Data Management
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), data formatting tools, CRMs, and working with multiple file types.
- Data Accuracy: Proven experience with data entry, quality control, or database management in a technology or marketing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong commitment to data integrity, documentation, and process adherence.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify discrepancies and suggest actionable solutions for ongoing process improvement.
- Communication: Clear communicator who can confidently interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities to ensure prompt delivery against SLA commitments.
- Experience: Prior background in lead generation, B2B marketing operations, or digital campaign data delivery is advantageous.
