People & Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality professional to join a start-up restaurant group with big ambitions as a People & Operations Coordinator.

The People & Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in establishing structure and consistency across the group's operations. Working closely with General Managers, Finance, and Operations, this role provides essential support across People, Payroll, and Office Administration — helping to build strong systems and a people-first culture from the ground up.

People & Operations Coordinator

What You'll Do

  • Support GMs with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Keep internal systems, rotaa's and records up to date.
  • Assist Operations and Finance with admin, reporting, and coordination.
  • Help implement new systems, training, and ways of working.
  • Get involved across sites — helping where needed to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a People & Operations Coordinator or in a similar operations support role.
  • A background in restaurants (management experience a real plus).
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise in a growing business.
