A thriving family run coffee shop situated in the heart of Kenilworth now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team. The role will be 4-5 days per week starting at 8.30am finishing between 4pm and 5pm.

We bake all of our cakes in house and prepare and deliver a very popular light lunch/ Bruch menu consisting of bagels, open sandwiches, ciabattas and breakfast muffins.

The main duties will be as follows:

  • Opening the kitchen each morning , turning on all appliances and starting with lunch preparation.
  • Baking a variety of cakes
  • Making and serving good quality , well presented lunches
  • Complying with all kitchen food safety and food hygiene legislation by carrying out tasks on the kitchen checklist .

The ideal person:

  • A passion and interest in baking Cakes.
  • Will have some kitchen experience however training to our standard will be provided.
  • You will need to have good organisation skills and the ability to work at a fast pace .
  • you will have a good eye for presentation and take pride in the food you send out.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
