Campaign Manager, AdTech and Commerce Enablement

Fully remote (UK-based, with London visits twice a month) | £40,000–£50,000 plus bonus

In 2016, a group of innovators set out to bridge the gap between digital advertising and real-world sales. Their mission was clear empower marketers to connect media spend directly to retail conversion, and reveal the full story behind every click, view, and purchase. Today, their commerce enablement and analytics platform powers "where-to-buy" experiences for some of the world's biggest brands, helping them understand not just
what
works, but
why
.

This is a company built on collaboration, curiosity, and data-driven creativity. The team combines commercial thinkers, media specialists, and technologists who share one ambition: to make the path from ad to aisle seamless and measurable. With a flat structure and culture that rewards ideas over hierarchy, everyone has a voice and a chance to make an impact.

Following a year of rapid EMEA growth and new retailer partnerships, the business is now looking for a Campaign Manager to help power their next chapter. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, media, and performance, someone who can turn strategy into seamless campaign execution and actionable insight.

In this role, you'll oversee campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis across multiple clients and categories. You'll work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns deliver against both conversion and brand objectives. From building media plans and managing "where-to-buy" integrations, to monitoring live performance and identifying optimisation opportunities, you'll be the operational heartbeat connecting clients' goals to measurable outcomes.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience managing digital campaigns ideally within an AdTech, retail media, or data-driven marketing environment. You'll be fluent in campaign platforms and analytics tools, confident interpreting data, and proactive in sharing insights that elevate performance. Equally important is your ability to collaborate to build trusted relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams, always keeping one eye on the detail and the other on the bigger commercial picture.

Why join:

You'll be part of a fast-scaling global AdTech business redefining how commerce is measured. You'll work with blue-chip brands and leading agencies across EMEA, have autonomy in a fully remote setup, and still enjoy face-to-face collaboration in London twice a month.

Salary:
£40,000–£50,000 plus bonus

Location:
Fully remote (UK-based, with London visits twice a month)

If you're data-driven, campaign-savvy, and excited to connect the dots between media and retail conversion, we'd love to speak with you.
