The project: We're looking for exceptional and experienced P6 Senior Planner to help drive delivery of a major healthcare infrastructure programme, working closely with the client and various stakeholders.

Please note\: This role will require the successful planner to work on site 2-3 days per week. The hospitals are in King's Lynn and Gorleston, Norfolk.

  • You will support the Planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.

You'll need to have:

  • Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
  • Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the healthcare sector. 
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.  
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.  
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.  
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.  
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
