The Role
We're looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to lead and develop our sustainability and social value initiatives. You'll work across teams to measure our environmental impact, track social value contributions, and help embed sustainability into every part of our business.
It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about the environment and community impact to shape how we build for a better future.
We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a strong interest in sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and report on the company's environmental and social performance using recognised frameworks (e.g. B Impact Assessment, TOMs Framework).
- Support sustainability initiatives across projects and operations, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
- Track and report key sustainability data, including carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2 and 3), energy and water use, waste and recycling rates, indoor air quality, social value spending, and volunteering hours.
- Lead and coordinate community engagement and social value activities.
- Contribute to tender responses and ensure social value and sustainability commitments are upheld throughout project delivery.
About You
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and sustainability reporting tools.
- Strong data analysis skills (essential); experience using R Studio (desirable)
- Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- The ability to think flexibly, innovatively and resourcefully to solve problems.
- Passionate about sustainability and making a difference.
- Degree, qualification, or relevant experience in an environmental or sustainability-related field.
