As an HR Business Partner at Ipsos, you'll play an integral role in driving our business objectives forwards through our innovative people practices and your strategic advice and guidance. Join our dynamic UK HR team and become a key player influencing strategic decisions, both from a people and commercial perspective. Work closely with senior leaders in our public affairs business to foster a high performance and growth orientated culture, which puts people and inclusion at the centre of how we do it. You will front and lead significant workforce and HR change projects and contribute to our unique blend of global expertise and local insights. About you:
- Strategic, forward-thinking HR professional with a knack for foreseeing workforce needs
- Experienced in business transformation with a sound understanding of commercial levers
- Skilled in influence, communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in AI use and adoption
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented – able to pivot and work at pace
Essential skills:
- Strategic HR expertise and workforce planning
- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Change management
- High proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Proficient in employment law and employee relations
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Able to work at pace with project management discipline
Desirable skills:
- Experience in a global or research-focused organization
- Familiarity with AI-driven HR solutions
- Capability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
