The Project Manager resides within the Service Design & Delivery area of the EMEA Services Delivery function and specifically within the Project Management Office. Responsible for successfully delivering small to medium size projects and providing leadership to project teams. Manages scope, schedule, risks, issues, finances, resources, and governance reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end sales transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to design and implement go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and improve efficiency.
  • Manage complex programs using PRINCE2 methodology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across sales teams to enable a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a change champion, influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales transformation or go-to-market strategy—you understand the sales cycle and what it takes to optimize it.
  • A sales background or deep familiarity with sales operations and enablement.
  • Strong project management expertise with PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you can influence at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and deliver results under pressure.
