Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our Student Information Services team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their educational journey.

As an Administrator within SIS, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues and curriculum teams to manage student data across the full lifecycle—from enrolment to achievement. This is a varied and rewarding role where your contribution will directly support the success of our learners and the efficiency of our college operations.

This is a part time position for 21.5 hours ( Working pattern- 2 full days and a Friday )

Actual Salary: £14,457- £14,855 per annum

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), and GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
  • Recent experience in a student data-related or similar administrative role
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accurate student data across enrolment, exams, timetabling, and achievement
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support curriculum teams with course planning and student record management
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Contribute to process improvements and departmental projects

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
