This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey

We're looking for a proactive Product Manager to join our team to help us find new products, bring them to market and improve our existing portfolio of household, garden and storage products. All to ensure that our ever-expanding community of UK-wide customers are always delighted with their every purchase.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Be part of the team responsible for the business' entire product portfolio

· Work within a team to define the roadmap for new product launches

· Research chosen products, identify possible suppliers and request samples

· Assess samples and select suppliers, working with them to guarantee best possible quality

· Work with our in-house Designers to produce custom packaging solutions for each product, whilst reducing assembly/packing labour requirements in the UK as much as possible

· Work with suppliers to reduce packaging size and weight to reduce international freight and domestic postage/courier costs

· Draw-up and maintain inspection guidelines for each product

· Ensure back-up suppliers are in place for every product in our range

You'll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

· Have experience in a logistics, buying or product role

· Be well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player

· Be highly organised, with very good attention to detail and excellent spreadsheet skills

· Be able to work well under pressure
