Support for Living : Support Worker

Northwich | £13

24-36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Empowering individuals to live independently and confidently in their own homes.
  • Supporting daily living skills, decision-making, and exploring their communities.
  • Being a champion of inclusion, diversity, and equality.
  • Keeping clear, accurate records and helping with financial tracking (don't worry, we'll train you if needed).
  • Singing along to Cher (badly is fine) and sharing smiles that light up the room.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Positive Energy: If you love lifting others up and creating good vibes, you're halfway there.
  • Qualifications or Experience: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus an understanding of autism, learning disabilities, or mental capacity (both ideal but NOT a deal breaker)
  • A Clean Driving Licence: So you can help people explore the world around them (again, not a deal breaker but preferred)
  • Willingness to Learn: We provide full training if you share our values.
  • Passion for Advocacy: Everyone deserves the chance to shine—and you'll help make that happen.
