We aim to achieve this by installing energy saving measure in domestic properties across the UK. We specialise in installing insulation measure such as "Underfloor insulation", "Loft Insulation", "Cavity wall insulation" and "Internal Wall Insulation". We also install more energy efficient heating systems such as Condensing boiler upgrades and air source heat pumps.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee the delivery of large-volume domestic solar PV installations across multiple sites and contracts around the UK.

The successful candidate will have a commercial solar background and be experienced with tender of new commercial solar work, as you would be heavily involved in the tender process, and delivery of said commercial solar projects.

This position is ideal for a technically strong professional with an electrical background who has experience managing high-volume domestic installation programmes and is looking to progress their career within a dynamic and expanding renewable energy company.

You will support the Directors by coordinating operational teams, providing technical oversight, assisting with tender pricing, and ensuring all system designs and installations are compliant, efficient, and delivered to the highest standard.

This key leadership role is responsible for sales, account management, marketing, and partnerships. You'll shape and deliver commercial strategies that support our financial sustainability and grow our global reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of domestic solar PV and battery storage projects across multiple sites and contracts.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project completion.
• Provide technical support to design, installation, and project management teams.
• Assist with tender pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of technical documentation for bids and proposals.
• Review and approve system designs, ensuring compliance with current electrical standards, DNO requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality control checks.
• Maintain effective communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Support and mentor staff and supervisors to promote a culture of technical excellence and safety.

Skills & Experience Required

• Essential: Electrical background (qualified electrician or equivalent technical experience is desired).
• Proven experience managing large-volume domestic solar installations, ideally within framework or housing contracts.
• A strong track record in commercial or business development leadership, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence working across disciplines and balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.
• A collaborative, user-focused approach, with the ability to spot and shape new opportunities.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in project coordination, tender support, and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with design and project management tools.
• Full UK driving licence required — company vehicle and fuel card provided
