The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and building rapport. You'll support a portfolio of clients, help manage day-to-day requests, and ensure they receive a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Support senior team members with account activity and project delivery
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor account performance and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
