What you will do:

  • Take on the responsibilities of a SEN Tribunal Officer, conducting litigation and appearing before judges at Court or in Tribunals.
  • Provide expert legal advice related to education law, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on case law and legal issues, preparing reports and briefings for stakeholders.
