Description
We are looking for a
Partner Manager
, who will the driving force behind some of our most important global brand relationships. You will lead the strategic delivery of marketing and activation programmes that bring our partnerships to life, ensuring our partners gain maximum value from their association with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.

You will act as the key link between our team and partners, managing everything from creative campaign development to event activations across the Formula One calendar. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment - with the opportunity to travel the world and represent one of the sport's most iconic names.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and grow relationships across a portfolio of world-class consumer and technical partners.
  • Understand partner objectives and deliver creative, data-led activation campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Work closely with internal teams - including communications, digital, social, and content - to embed partner programmes across all channels.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and post-campaign analysis with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate global partnership activations at select Formula One races and events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Significant experience in partnership marketing or account management within a rights holder, agency, or sports property.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver impactful activations across global sports partnerships.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
