Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and assist in food preparation, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
