You're the backbone of the kitchen - steady, skilled, and full of flavour.

A Craft & Cleaver Chef de Partie takes pride in every plate, brings energy to every service, and loves being part of a tight-knit team. You've got experience in a busy kitchen (ideally mid-to-high volume), a strong work ethic, and a cool head when things heat up.

You'll support your Head Chef and crew through thick & thin, keeping standards sky-high and the good vibes flowing.

The Role...

As Chef de Partie, you'll be right in the action - running your section with confidence and care, and helping the kitchen smash out top-quality food, every time.

You'll:

  • Support your Head Chef and kitchen team day-to-day
  • Keep prep and service running smooth as butter
  • Maintain our high standards for consistency, flavour, and presentation
  • Bring a 'customer first' mindset to everything you do
  • Work closely with front of house to deliver an awesome guest experience
  • Keep an eye on stock, waste and detail
  • Help create a fun, inclusive and supportive kitchen environment
