A global integrated marketing agency is looking for an Experiential Designer to join its growing team in London. This is an opportunity to work with household-name brands across experiential, influencer, and integrated campaigns — from large-scale events and pop-ups to social activations and creative builds.

You'll be part of a collaborative in-house team that brings bold ideas to life through design, storytelling, and execution — pushing the boundaries of creative experiences that connect brands and audiences in meaningful ways.

Location:
London (hybrid)

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and present creative concepts for global campaigns and activations
  • Work across experiential, social, and creative marketing projects — from ideation through to delivery
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, production, and client teams to create standout work
  • Produce pitch decks, visualisations, 3D renders, and storyboards to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring quality and creative consistency
  • Lead or contribute to brainstorms, bringing fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the table

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing executed campaign ideas across events, activations, and digital
  • Expertise with
    Adobe Creative Suite
    and familiarity with
    3D tools
    such as Blender or SketchUp
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the confidence to pitch ideas
  • Understanding of production processes, materials, and working with suppliers
  • Passion for culture, trends, and innovation in design and experiential marketing
