Our client is a successful property investment consultancy, headquartered in the North-West region of the United Kingdom. They specialise in sourcing and acquiring high-quality developments for clients. They are looking for a Property Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team based in the Liverpool City Centre Head Office.

Handling new enquiries and converting to sales

Strong track record in face-to-face or telephone sales

Understanding of client needs and matching them with our products and services

Proactive and creative sales approach
Our client offers a comprehensive package designed to support your success in the role. The basic salary is complemented by an exceptional commission scheme, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000 to £100,000+. With no cap on earnings, you have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission.
They provide top-notch training to ensure you are equipped to excel in the role. Their training program, delivered by their own directors, covers all the essential aspects of property investment sales, including product knowledge, systems, and techniques for success.
