We are currently looking for a passionate Assistance Events Planning Manager, to join our Conference & Banqueting Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As an Assistance Events Planning Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Plan social and corporate events from Contract Handover to Delivery and post event Invoicing & follow up
- Liaise closely with clients throughout entire planning process
- Closely collaborate and communicate with Operational Teams
- Managing all aspects of wedding events
- Ensuring smooth execution of wedding events according to client expectations
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events, including weddings, conferences, and special functions
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
