Reporting directly to the Head of People Experience, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge HR initiatives that empower our workforce and drive organizational success. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements through collaboration on local and global projects
  • Plan, execute, and monitor HR projects end-to-end, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and facilitating change through effective stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Partner with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR system
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support workforce planning, compliance, and data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain accurate digital HR data and provide administrative support for projects such as pay reviews, bonus communications, and employee surveys

Your Profile

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, HR analytics tools or data visualisation software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven track record within a busy fast paced HR environment
  • Demonstratable experience in HR systems administration, HR analytics, or a similar HR IT hybrid role
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Experience in Project Management
